1. How Subscribe & Save Works
Subscribe & Save lets you receive eligible products automatically on a schedule you choose at checkout.
You can adjust your delivery frequency, flavours or quantities anytime before your next order is processed.
By starting a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries until you pause or cancel your subscription after the first two orders.
2. Setting Up Your Subscription
When selecting Subscribe & Save, you will:
- Choose your delivery frequency
- Complete payment for your first order
Your subscription will then continue automatically based on your chosen schedule.
You can cancel anytime after your second order has been processed.
3. Pricing & Subscription Savings
As a Subscribe & Save member, here's how your pricing works:
- Each order is charged at the product's current price at the time your subscription renews, so the price may change between orders
- As a subscriber, you also receive an extra 10% off that price on every order
- Prices can change from time to time due to promotions or supplier cost changes
4. Payment & Order Processing
On your processing date:
- Your saved payment method is charged
- Your order is prepared and shipped
- You receive confirmation when it's on the way
If payment fails or an item is unavailable, we'll contact you.
5. Managing Your Subscription
Subscribe & Save customers can:
- Skip a delivery
- Change flavours, quantities or timing
- Cancel your subscription after the second order
Changes must be made before processing.
6. Adding Items
Additional items cannot be added to an upcoming subscription order. Please purchase extra items separately through the website.
7. Multiple Subscriptions
You can create multiple subscriptions with different products or schedules. Each subscription is managed separately.
