I was always a skinny kid and was until I quit smoking before I got married. Then, over time, I bulked out and have struggled for years to lose any weight. I've always found it hard to keep motivated to workout, especially after having kids.
I started doing Brazilian Ju-Jitsu a little over 10 years ago and my weight still kept fluctuating. I couldn’t get below 85kgs.
Over time my weight went back up to about 96kg and I got to the point where I was sick of feeling lethargic and the way I looked. I've got 4 young boys to run around after, and my Brazilian Ju-Jitsu training was suffering as I didn't have the cardio level to perform as well as I wanted to.
I haven't been able to stick to regular diets but saw the results my wife was getting using a meal replacement shake so I decided to look into The Man Shake and give it a try.
