Chicken Mince Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g x free-range chicken mince
  • 3 x cloves of garlic
  • ½ x onion
  • 50g x Kikkoman thick teriyaki sauce
  • 1 x teaspoon of honey soy sauce
  • 2 x teaspoons of Sambal ABC
  • 100g x cauliflower
  • 100g x broccoli
  • 100g x kailan (Chinese broccoli)
  • 100g x jasmine rice.
  • Optional: 1 medium soft-boiled egg

Method

  1. Prep your ingredients, dice onion, finely chop garlic, and cut broccoli and cauliflower into small heads
  2. Lightly spray a frying pan with oil or use a non-stick pan
  3. Fry onion and garlic, add free-range chicken mince when the onion is translucent
  4. When the chicken is almost cooked, add your teriyaki sauce, and add water to create more sauce if desired
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan, and in the same pan add several tablespoons of water
  6. Add broccoli, cauliflower, and kailan until vegetables are browning slightly and soft. Cook down and add honey soy and Sambal ABC. Add water if desired for sauce
  7. Serve on a bed of rice. Optionally, add a medium soft-boiled egg for added protein
  8. Enjoy!
