Ever since I could remember, I have been a big bloke. It never used to bother me really until I turned around 24. I started working away and my lifestyle took a really unhealthy turn.
Drinking almost every night and eating way too much unhealthy foods helped me to put on 25 more kilos within a 3 year period.
Funnily enough, I seriously injured my left knee last November of 2020 and just remembered thinking “How the hell am I meant to get around while I’m 150 kilos with a bung Knee”.
I have two beautiful sons that I want to be healthy for, and for them to look up to. not someone with health issues. It was at that point that I decided I needed to do something.
I tried Keto dieting and a lot of other diets and I remember seeing many people struggle with different shakes, but after carefully reviewing the product I started my subscription to The Man Shake.
I am fully committed to it and it works!
I have lost 55 kilos so far in a 6-7 month period and I feel amazing!

To help me get into a great routine, the man shake was the way to go. It’s easy to make and takes up no time, they are filling and delicious! I had a shake for dinner and breakfast, it’s so easy to make and super easy to have on the go.
There’s no reason for you not to be able to stick to it! too simple!
I would suggest it for someone who struggles with a routine and committing to a diet! it’s super easy to follow and you have a huge variety to choose from!
I could not recommend the man shake anymore than I already do! I just hope that my story helps reach those who are struggling!
