Another amazing recipe by Dan & Steph from MKR, it’s a quick & simple prepared snack to have in the fridge at all times!
½ cup of chopped dates
½ cup of raw cashews
¼ cup of dried cranberries
2 scoops of vanilla Man Shake or Lady Shake
2 tbs of rice malt syrup or 100% maple
¼ cup of shredded coconut
½ tsp of vanilla extract
¼ cup of coconut oil
1. In a processor add the dates, cashews, cranberries, coconut & Man shake or Lady shake – process until it looks like crumbs.
2. Add the vanilla, rice malt syrup or maple & coconut oil – blend well until combined.
3. The mixture should now be sticky if still a little dry add a dash of water & blend again.
4. Once sticky form small balls & allow to firm up in the fridge for at least an hour.
