This is one of my favourite easy go-to meals that the whole family will eat! We are all busy and lack time so this is all you need to do.

Ingredients

  • Turkey rissoles (6 pack)
  • Superfood stir-fry kit

Method

  1. Cook turkey rissoles in a hot pan.
  2. In another frypan, cook your veggies and when nearly done add 1 teaspoon of Yeos satay sauce (you can use other sauce this is just my favourite).
  3. Add a tablespoon of water.
  4. Add a handful of cashews if you want and stir and eat!
