  • 100g egg whites
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries


  • Whisk egg whites, vanilla and sweetener together.

  • Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat.

  • Pour in the egg whites and allow to cook, using a spatula, fold in half and continue to cook.

  • Once cooked halfway through, flip and cook the other side.

  • Top with peanut butter and strawberries or toppings of choice.
