  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Man Shake
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • 1 tsp of fine coconut
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 500ml of water
