Lloyd Bond is a dad, a husband, a local business owner and an all-around good guy. He has lost over 41kg using The Man Shake and cooking healthy meals for himself and his family. Now he is sharing them with all of us to cook at home and hit the same goals.

This recipe is based on a single-serve so for a family duplicate as needed.​

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast or Deli shredded chicken 500g
  • 1 Carton Vietnamese Chicken Pho
  • A handful of Bean sprouts
  • 1 carrot – diced finely or grated
  • A handful of snow peas
  • Spring onions – 1 stalk
  • Coriander (use lightly or preference)
  • Fried Shallots (store-bought)
  • 1 red chilli (optional)
  • 1 fresh lime

Method

  • Heat frypan with Olive oil
  • Add Chicken breast and cook through
  • Grate or slice up carrot
  • Slice up Snow peas
  • Dice up spring onion
  • Add Carrot, bean sprouts, snow peas, coriander and spring onion into a serving bowl
  • Heat up stock as directions on the packet
  • Remove seeds from Chilli and dice up (watch video example)
  • slice up chicken once cooked and add to a serving bowl
  • Add fried shallots and Lime
  • Pour over Vietnamese Pho into the bowl
