  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbs Mayvers protein peanut butter
  • 2 tbs reduced-fat creamy chocolate ice cream
  • 2 pitted dates (chopped)
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 400ml water
  • Handful of ice
