INGREDIENTS

  • 425g can tuna
  • 1 cup mashed spud lite potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or gluten-free flour

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Shape into 6 patties.
  3. Heat a non-stick frypan
  4. cook patties for approximately 4 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
