A nice, warm bowl of porridge is brilliant on a winter’s morning, but blokes need protein to keep us fuller for longer in the day ahead.
The answer? MAN OATS! Tasty and easy to prepare!


  • 1/2 cup of Oats (Single serve sachet also works)
  • 1.5 cups of boiling water
  • 2 scoops of The Man Shake (Adam’s favourite is banana!)

 Method (with video)

  1. Place oats in a bowl and pour boiling water of the top.
  2. Stir until oats soften.
  3. Add The Man Shake Powder and stir to combine.
