- 1 scoop of Chocolate Super Greens
- 2 scoops of Choc or Vanilla Man Shake
- 1 full seedless orange peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate buttons
- 1 cup of ice
- 500ml of cold water
