Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1-2 tsp spices (you can use Moroccan / Mexican / or a mixture of your own)
  • Pink salt + pepper

METHOD

  1. Mix together the flour, sesame seeds, spices, and salt + pepper.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes the size of nuggets.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture then the flour mixture and coat well. Set aside.
  4. To Bake / Air fry: Preheat to 200 degrees.
  5. Line a baking tray and separate the chicken or pop it straight into the air fryer.
  6. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
