Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1-2 tsp spices (you can use Moroccan / Mexican / or a mixture of your own)
- Pink salt + pepper

METHOD
- Mix together the flour, sesame seeds, spices, and salt + pepper.
- Cut chicken into cubes the size of nuggets.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture then the flour mixture and coat well. Set aside.
- To Bake / Air fry: Preheat to 200 degrees.
- Line a baking tray and separate the chicken or pop it straight into the air fryer.
- Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
