This breakfast pudding is a nutritious meal you can whip up together in no time!
- 2 scoops of The Man Shake
- 100g greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup milk or almond milk
- Handful of strawberries or frozen berries
- Place yoghurt in a bowl and add Man Shake powder.
- Add milk then mix up until you achieve pudding-like texture.
- Add berries to top.
Serves: 1 – double or triple quantities etc if making for more people.
Note: You can add water if required.
Tips: Take it further with some nuts, different fruit like banana, chia seeds or whatever your breakfast sprinkle go to’s are.
