Bradley found himself after Lost 48kg

Share

My name is Brad, I'm 37 years old and from Werribee, Victoria.

For as long as I can remember I have always been a bigger bloke but the last 4 – 5 years I slowly got more and more lazy, started eating more takeaway and junk food. I was spending too much time on the couch and not enough time enjoying life.

I used to love working on my cars, camping and 4WD and that slowly faded out of my life, The dogs would look to me for walks but I never could be bothered. I have never had any serious health issues but had ongoing issues with plantar fasciitis and chronic foot pain I just couldn’t get on top of.

It might seem silly but I had been in a 2XL shirt for a long time and I had a wedding coming up and needed to get a new dress shirt as the ones I had were old and a bit tight. So I went to the usual stores but to my embarrassment, nothing fit me even 3XL in the stores was too small and I ended up only being able to get a shirt from the fat blokes store, then I knew I had to make changes.

I had made a few attempts to lose weight before like eating healthy, other shakes, OptiSlim and FatBlaster without success. I just couldn’t stick to anything.

I noticed The Man Shake advertised on the TV radio and heard good reports from a few people I know, so I decided to just give it a crack.

Starting out I knew my biggest roadblock would have been mentally cutting out the convenient junk food that I was so used to eating, and knowing when to stop eating.

To date, I have lost 48.4kg using The Man Shake

I feel the best I have in years, full of energy and have a lot more confidence in myself. It's nice to wear normal sized clothes and feel good about improving myself.

Now I'm back in my shed playing with my cars and since I lost the weight my feet have been trouble free. I'm up every morning doing a 5km walk before work and the dogs love me for it.

The Man Shake couldn't have fit in any better into my life. Prior to the man shake I had a sweet tooth for cold drinks eg. Oak/Big M and milkshakes, So having two shakes a day was enjoyable, especially once I got a blender and started adding ice, fruit etc.

Now I get up in the morning and can't wait for my brekky shake.

I would and have recommended the man shake to people because plain and simple it works! They taste good, and its super convenient.

I'm going to find it hard to give them up honestly, I genuinely look forward to my shakes everyday lol. But I plan on still having two a day but will have a healthy sandwich or wrap with my lunch shake going forward.

My advice to any blokes out there is just do it, I put it off for a long time.

Once I started it got easier and easier, two shakes a day, fruit and nuts at smoko and 200g of protein and a plate of veg for dinner and the weight started falling off.
