Recipe
- 1 x chicken breast
- 1-2 x tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 x teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 x teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ x cucumber (chopped)
- ½ x carrot (grated)
- 1 x cup of mixed salad leaves
Method
- Combine sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.
- Gently and lightly ‘crosshatch’ chicken breast with a knife
- Rub the marinade into the chicken breast, focusing on the crosshatched areas.
- Place chicken breast in a bowl, cover and let sit for an hour in the fridge.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees (if you don’t have an air fryer you can bake in the oven).
- Place chicken for 15 minutes, turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Slice chicken breast and serve with salad.
