Ingredients
- One avocado
- Two slices of sourdough bread
- Slices of tomato
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Feta cheese
- Bacon (fat trimmed)
Method
It’s pretty simple:- Toast the bread.
- Chuck on the avo and throw in whatever else takes your fancy.
