Ingredients
- 150g banana, mashed
- 3/4 cup gluten-free wholemeal flour
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 50g the man shake powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Grease a 6 hole silicone muffin tray.
- In a bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the walnuts.
- Pour the mix evenly between the 6 muffin holes.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tray.
